This error is thrown because of incompatible plugins with the installed JIRA release (either third-party or system-ones after upgrade).
ソリューション
- Identify the problematic plugins in <<JIRA_HOME>>/plugins/installed-plugins.
- Check also if there aren't any incompatible plugins in <<JIRA_INSTALL>>/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/lib. In case there are, please move these out of the folder.
