Jira does not not transition parent task when subtask is completed

問題
When subtasks of the issue are moved to the leftmost column, JIRA does not show pop-up asking parent issue to be transitioned to the status mapped to the left-most column.
原因
The problem could be happening if the parent task cannot be transitioned to the same status as the subtask.
ソリューション
Edit the workflow used by the parent task to ensure there's a transition which allows the parent task to transition to the same status as the subtask.
