"Irrelevant" column displayed in Two Dimensional Filter Dashboard Gadget

Summary

A Dashboard Gadget shows an entire column named Irrelevant instead of the expected Field. Example:

The Dashboard Gadget is using a different Field currently not in use by the issues returned in the Gadget. The X or Y axis is set to use a field generated in a Team-Managed (Next-Gen) Project that is not present in the current Gadget's results.

Solution

• Adjust the Gadget's configuration to use the correct Fields for X or Y axis entries

  1. Click the three dots menu > Configure

  2. Adjust the X and/or Y Axis to a Field in use by the Issues to display in the Gadget
