Internal Server Error while moving issues to 'done' status

Summary
Unable to transition issues to the Done status due to an "Internal Server Error".
Environment
Jira Cloud
Diagnosis
Validate the Workflow, and notice a Post function added to the transition as below:
Cause
A post function was added through a 3rd party app (Jira Misc Workflow Extensions), which is currently uninstalled. Since the add-on is no longer installed, the post function cannot be triggered, which causes the transition to fail.
Solution
To fix the issue, delete this Post function and ensure to Publish the draft
