How to move the shared-home folder in Jira Data Center

目的
The shared-home folder in Jira Data Center stores the Jira attachments, backups, and other content. When migrating to a different disk or making changes to Jira Data Center, you might want to update the location of your shared-home directory.

For this example, we will use <OLD_SHARED_HOME_LOCATION> as the old path, and <NEW_SHARED_HOME_LOCATION> as the new path. Please find below the steps to update the Jira shared-home folder:
- Shutdown all the Jira nodes
For each Jira node, edit the file
<JIRA_HOME>/cluster.propertiesby:Replacing the following line
jira.shared.home=<OLD_SHARED_HOME_LOCATION>With this new line:
jira.shared.home=<NEW_SHARED_HOME_LOCATION>
Copy the entire content content under the old shared home folder into the new shared home folder
Ensure that:
The user running the Jira application on each Jira node has the permission to read and write on the new shared folder
- The shared folder is accessible by each Jira node
Start all your Jira nodes
- Confirm your attachments are accessible from each node of Jira
