How to Change the Sender's Name of the Service Management Notifications
The sender of the Service Management notifications for a given project seems to be the same as the project's name. However, changing the project name doesn't reflect on the emails. In some use cases, we'd like to have a more generic name of the email sender.
- The sender's name is actually the name of the Customer Portal which can be customized via the desired Project settings > Portal settings > Name.
