原因

The error occurs due to a timeout during the file upload. While there are no specific size constraints for the CSV file being uploaded, larger files being uploaded through a slower connection can take a while causing the timeout during the upload process.

ソリューション

Poor network connections could be caused by a number of factors. Possible solutions to consider for slower connections:

  • Switch from mobile data connections to Wi-Fi
  • Switch Wi-Fi connections from lower (2.4 GHz) frequencies to a higher one (5 GHz) where available
  • If routing through a VPN, disable the VPN for the file upload

If the above are not options, splitting the file into smaller chunks or asking another user who is not impacted by slower connection speeds to complete the upload should be followed.
