原因
This issue is mainly caused when work is logged as 0d by an anonymous user
ソリューション
Here is the method you can use to remove the error:
- In this case, the worklog time is "0" by the anonymous user so we can remove the worklog and clean the error.
- In case of worklog time > 0, it is needed to log time again by the anonymous user/any logged-in user before removing the one tagged as "anonymous".
the error comes from the "Anonymous" user, not known by the system
The error comes from Tempo-plugin developed by Tempo and they directly provide support for this at Tempo Support.
If you do not see 'Anonymous' user logging 0 hours, then please check to see if you have a permissions issue as explained here. Problems-with-TEMPO-TIMESHEETS-within-JIRA
- Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions and make sure that the “atlassian-addons-admin” group has the "Browse users and groups" Permission.
