原因

The attachments names is not encoder properly.

ソリューション

Please refer the following steps:

1. Encode the attachment names using this web site - http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/dencoder/
2. Copy the encoder characters and replace in your csv file.
3. Save and run the CSV import again.
