症状

atlassian-jira.log に次のエラーが返される。

2012-04-25 06:16:54,934 QuartzWorker-0 ERROR ServiceRunner test [atlassian.mail.incoming.mailfetcherservice] com.atlassian.jira.service.services.imap.ImapService cannot run without a configured Mail Server

原因

You do not have a mail server associated with the mail handler service you've created.

ソリューション

1. Make sure that you've created a mail server that the service will connect to

2. Edit the properties of the service and link the service to the desired mail server

   1. You can identify the service that is throwing the error by the text right after ServiceRunner
