Cloud connectors removal in JIRA Cloud applications
Atlassian includes several plugins in our JIRA Cloud applications offering developed by third-party partners that we believe make the service more useful to our customers. Unfortunately, several of these plugins are no longer supported by our partner. Therefore, we need to remove them from JIRA Cloud applications instances.
How do I know if I am affected?
The plugins being removed are the "Cloud Connector" integrations for:
- Applause (uTest)
- Get Satisfaction
- Sauce Labs
If you are an administrator for your JIRA Cloud applications instance, you can verify if any of these integrations are set up by following the instructions here. If you have any questions, contact Atlassian Support.
When will this take place?
The integrations will be removed on 27 July 2015 (Partially) June 16th 2015 (fully) during the scheduled maintenance windows.
How do I migrate?
Please refer to the suggestion specific for your integration below. For assistance with migration, contact ServiceRocket support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Zendesk has a fully supported integration for JIRA Cloud applications available in the Atlassian Marketplace. You can install it from the Atlassian Marketplace page or directly from your JIRA Cloud applications instance by navigating to the "Find New Add-ons" page, searching for "Zendesk" and clicking the "Install" button. For more information, please refer to the Zendesk documentation.
You can set up an integration with your JIRA applications instance directly from Applause. Please refer to the Applause documentation for information on how to configure it.
Unfortunately the Get Satisfaction integration with JIRA applications is no longer available. Please contact Get Satisfaction to learn more. We recommend building your own integration using Atlassian Connect and the JIRA applications REST API. Check out our developer documentation to see how.
Unfortunately the Sauce Labs integration with JIRA applications is no longer available. Please contact Sauce Labs to learn more. We recommend building your own integration using Atlassian Connect and the JIRA application REST API. Check out our developer documentation to see how.
