Sometimes when an agent/admin makes changes to the portal name or Introduction text of a JSM project, the same changes are not reflected in the help center. When you click on save you do not receive any errors, and the request is successful, However, it looks as if the changes are not saved.

原因

This happens when your Atlassian account's profile default language is different from the project's default language, and the translation of the new Portal content (Portal name or Introduction text) is either not added or not confirmed under Language > Translations. For JSM projects supporting multiple languages, everytime you update new content on the portal, you need to make sure that the translation of new portal content for each language is updated in the language section.

ソリューション

この問題を解決するには、次の手順に従います。

  1. Navigate to Project Settings > Language
  2. For each language added to the project, navigate to the Portal Content
  3. Make sure you either add the updated translation or click on Confirm translation:  Keep your translations up to date
  4. Once this is done, refresh the portal page or make new changes to the portal content again

If you don't need these languages in your JSM project, even removing the language that does not have updated translation will fix the issue.
