Cannot add Card Color, create new filter in Agile

Adding new Card Color is not possible with no error shown

Diagnostic Steps
- Verify that by going into Safe Mode, then performing a full lock reindex, the issue is gone and adding Card Color is possible.

Caused by Zephyr Plugin
回避策
Disable Zephyr Plugin and perform a full lock reindex
ソリューション
Contact Zephyr Support for further assistance. Currently Zephyr is working on a hotfix for this.
