1. Create a multi-line text field (in my example is called "Details"
2. Go and edit the field configuration used for the specific project
   • find the "paragraph" field and click "Renderers" 

• Change the renderer to "Wiki Style"

3. Go to your project and create an automation rule

• Trigger: On create
• Action: Edit the issue and add the following: [My Link|http://google.com]

• Publish rule
• Test your rule
