Jira Cloud は、自動バックアップをサポートしていません。現在、データのみのバックアップ (添付ファイル、アバター、ロゴを除く) はいつでも実行可能です。ただし、添付ファイル、アバター、およびロゴを含めるように選択した場合、添付ファイル付きのバックアップを前回取得してから 48 時間の間隔を空ける必要があります。

Automate Cloud backups using Jira Automation

Jira automation can help you automate your cloud site backups without requiring custom scripts or programming experience.

This workaround makes use of the Send web request automation action along with a Jira API key generated by an administrator Jira user.
