Editing an SLA only shows Assignee: Changed conditions:
One would expect more conditions like this:
原因
Unassigned is not Allowed from System's General Configuration
ソリューション
Go to JIRA Administration -> System -> General Configuration -> Edit settings AND Turn ON Allow unassigned issues
