From Jira issue create screen, edit issue or Forms screen:-

We couldn't fetch any objects for this field

Remove attributes that no longer exist in the Assets Custom field configuration filter, and ensure the AQL query is valid.


From issue transition screen:-

We couldn't fetch any objects for this field. Check the filter, and ensure the AQL is valid.


From the customer portal view :-

We couldn't fetch any results for this search

Ask your team or admin for support. 


原因

The configuration of the custom field for assets is invalid because of missing attributes.

ソリューション

To fix this, follow the steps below:-

  1. To begin, log in as a Jira Administrator.

  2. Once logged in, navigate to your Jira site and locate the Settings (cog icon) at the top right corner of your global navigation bar.

  3. Proceed to the Issues section (found under Jira Settings).

  4. In the navigation sidebar, select Custom Fields.

  5. Locate the specific custom field that is affected and then click on the three dots button > Contexts and Default Value.

  6. Within the "Assets object/s field configuration," carefully examine the configured Object Schema and the attribute selected in the section below:

    1. フィルター スコープ (AQL)

    2. フィルター課題スコープ (AQL)

    3. Allow search filtering by these attributes

    4. Object attributes to display on issue view

  7. Open a new tab for Assets by right-clicking on the Assets option from the top bar.

  8. Navigate to the object schema and access the object type that is configured in the custom field.

  9. Click on Attributes to verify if any attribute is missing.

  10. Return to the custom field configuration and select Edit Assets object/s field configuration.

  11. Proceed to update the AQL or remove any missing attribute from the Allow search filtering by these attributes and Object attributes to display on issue view section.

  12. Finally, remember to click Save to apply the changes.
