症状

When visiting the Rapid Board, the error 'AJS.params.JiraVersion is undefined' appears in the browser, as per the below screen shot:

原因

There is a problem with the caching of either Tomcat or JIRA that is causing problems when loading plugins.

ソリューション

1. Jira をシャットダウンします。

2. Delete the following files:

   <jira-home>/plugins/.bundled-plugins
   <jira-home>/plugins/.osgi-plugins
   <jira-install>/work
   

    These files and folders will be rebuilt automatically upon JIRA startup.

3. Jira を再起動します。
