When navigating to a JIRA Agile Board, the Agile Board will time out and the following appears in the JIRA log file:

原因

The plugin Tempo is installed and enabled, but you do not have an active subscription to it. JIRA will attempt to run Tempo and fail, causing the page to time out.

If you intend on actively using Tempo and your subscription expired, you will want to renew your subscription, disable, and then re-enable Tempo. If you do not plan on using it, you will want to disable the plugin, then uninstall it. Once that has been done, perform a background re-index, then attempt to open the Agile board. It should successfully open.
