Agent is unable to access projects on Mobile Application
Platform Notice: Cloud Only - This article only applies to Atlassian products on the cloud platform.
Summary
JSM Agent having all the required permissions is able to access projects on the web application but while accessing the same projects in the mobile application receives the below error -
"Contact your admin for permission to view this project."

Environment
Jira Service Management Cloud
Solution
Delete the application completely from the mobile device.
Reinstall the application to start fresh.
The user should be able to access projects now.
