Configuring an additional node to an existing JIRA Data Center cluster results in the node displaying the setup screen instead of the System Dashboard.

Invalid database configuration in <JIRA-HOME>/dbconfig.xml.

• Verify that the database configuration is present in the local home directory on the node.
• Make sure the configuration file is readable by the user running the instance on that node.
• Make sure that the database configuration on this node points to the same database as the other nodes.
