AD user cannot be activated in JIRA
症状
AD user couldn't be activated in JIRA but shown as active in AD side.
診断
Checking from AD side, it seems that the user's email address is disabled
ソリューション
Enable the user's email address in AD and it will make the user activated in JIRA.
