After an upgrade to JIRA 7, the newly created issues don't show time details under the Activity tab in an issue detail page.

• JIRA is running behind a proxy server and when bypassing it, the issue disappears.
• Issue is not reproducible using XML data.

原因

JIRA is unable to connect to it's base URL

ソリューション

Bypassing proxy seems to resolved the issue and ensuring that JIRA is able to connect to it's Base URL.
