JIRA 4.3.2 Release Notes

The Atlassian JIRA team announces the release of JIRA 4.3.2. This point release fixes two issues (JRA-24251 & JRA-24291) associated with the Windows Installer.JIRA 4.3.2 is of course free to all customers with active JIRA software maintenance.
