1. User is unable to find a link to install the integration with Envoy
2. User is seeing "Failed to create a Hipchat user" message when entering Envoy's API Key as shown below.

1. The Envoy integration is temporarily not listed under our integrations page due to a bug which can be tracked on  HCPUB-238 - Getting issue details... STATUS .
2. There is a bug when trying to install the integration from inside Hipchat

回避策

1. To install the integration, please follow the steps below:
   1. On your Server, click "Group admin -> Integrations"
   2. Ensure you are on the "Find new" tab instead of "Manage" and browse to the very bottom of this page.
   3. On the left bottom corner you should see the "Install an integration from a descriptor URL" link
   4. Click this link and enter the URL below:

      https://web.envoy.co/hipchat/capabilities.json
      

   5. Proceed with the integration as the screens are presented
     If you see a problem from the screenshot above, please follow the steps below:
2. To workaround the "Failed to create a Hipchat user", follow the steps below:
   
   1. Login to your "Envoy" account
   2. Under the "Settings" menu, please click on "Integrations" (https://dashboard.envoy.com/settings/integrations)
   3. Once you are in this screen, please click "Install" on the "Hipchat" box
   4. Fill the "Hipchat Server Domain (leave blank if you're using Hipchat Cloud)" with your server's URL
   5. Click on "Go to Hipchat"
   6. Once the new window opens, please proceed to the step in which you need to add your API key
   7. Add the API key you are seeing in the other window in Envoy
   8. The integration should install successfully now
