問題
When navigating to the Integrations page in the Hipchat Server Web UI, the user is presented with an error stating "There was a problem connecting to the marketplace" and the list of available integrations fails to load.
再現手順
- Log in to Hipchat Server's Web UI as an admin using the Chrome Browser
- Click the Integrations tab
The following appears in the Web UI:
診断
環境
- Hipchat Server or Data Center - any version
- Chrome Browser
Diagnostic Steps
- The following sites are reachable via telnet and curl over port 443 from the Hipchat Server and the user's workstation:
- marketplace.atlassian.com
- marketplace-cdn.atlassian.com
- pillar03.atlassian.com
- When attempting to connect using another browser (Safari, IE, etc), the page loads fine.
原因
- The Electronic Frontier Foundation's Privacy Badger Extension for Chrome was in use.
- This extension looks to have treated marketplace.atlassian.com as a potential tracker and blocked access.
ソリューション
- Disable the extension in Chrome or use another browser where the extension is not installed.
