Before you contact support, please first check the Hipchat Knowledge Base and the questions about Hipchat Server on Atlassian Answers to see if your question has already been answered.

Gather a set of logs from your Hipchat Server by running hipchat diagnostics -b at the system's terminal/command-line interface to include when raising a support request. Please be sure to include the passphrase for the log bundle and a Hipchat Server support engineer will review your issue as quickly as possible.
