問題

The installation of Fisheye as a Windows Service does not complete successfully.

wrapper.log に次のメッセージが表示される。

FATAL | wrapper | 2012/11/12 17:41:40 | OpenSCManager failed - Access is denied. (0x5)

原因

The user does not install the service as an administrator.

ソリューション

Install the service with the following steps:

1. Right click on a Command Prompt and select Run as administrator
2. Change directory to FISHEYE_HOME\wrapper\bin and run Fisheye-Install-NTService.bat.
