Re-setting your password
If you need to reset your password, FishEye has a mechanism to generate a new password and send it to the email address in your profile.
To reset your password:
- On the log in screen, click Unable to access your account?.
- Enter your username or email address and complete the Captcha step. An email will be sent to the email address specified in your profile.
- Click the link in the email.
On the resulting web page, you will see the message 'A new password has been sent to your account.' An email will arrive in your inbox, containing your new password.
If you receive a password-reset email that you did not request, simply disregard it to continue using your current password.
