- ページ、ブログ投稿、コメントを書く時、またはタスクを追加する時に、ユーザーにメンションする
- ページ、ブログ投稿、コメントにいいね！する
他のユーザーをメンションするたびに、そのユーザーはメールで通知を受け取ります。ページ、ブログ投稿、コメントにいいね！すると、コンテンツにいいね！ したことが作成者に通知されます。
また、他のユーザーはページやスペースをウォッチすることにより、Confluence のコンテンツに変更があったことを知ることができます。
Confluence のコンテンツを共有するもう 1 つの方法は、XML、HTML、Microsoft Word、PDFなど、他のフォーマットにエクスポートすることです。
