Atlassian Companion アプリの管理
Confluuence ユーザーはネイティブのデスクトップ アプリケーションを使用して添付ファイルを編集し、ファイルを Confluence に自動的に再保存できます。
ファイルのダウンロードと再アップロードは Atlassian Companion アプリによって管理されます。ファイル編集を有効にするには、このアプリを (Confluence インストール ディレクトリではなく) 各ユーザーのマシンにインストールする必要があります。

Atlassian Companion アプリのダウンロードとインストール
To edit files, users need to install the Atlassian Companion app and have it running in the background. The first time a user selects 'Edit with' in file preview, we prompt them to download and install the app. See Edit Files for details.
ユーザーが自身でアプリケーションをインストールできない場合、管理者はアプリを配信するか、Microsoft Installer を使用してデプロイすることができます。
Microsoft Installer (MSI) から Companion アプリをインストールする
複数のユーザーまたはマシンに Windows 向け Atlassian Companion アプリをデプロイできるよう、Microsoft インストーラー パッケージ (.msi ファイル) も提供しています。Companion アプリは初期設定で Program Files ディレクトリにインストールされますが、この場所はカスタマイズできます。

We may update the Companion app before or after we release a new version of Confluence. Check the Atlassian Companion app release notes to make sure you're on the latest version.
ファイル編集の無効化
システム管理者は、Confluence サイト内でファイルの編集オプションを取り消すことができます。これを行った場合、ユーザーがファイル プレビューを開いても、"編集方法" ボタンは表示されません。
Confluence でファイルの編集オプションを無効にするには、次の手順を実行します。
- 移動
> [アプリの管理] へ移動します。 - ドロップダウン メニューから、[システム] を選択します。
- 表示されている一覧から [Confluence プレビュー] をクリックします。
- 有効化されたモジュールのリンクをクリックします。
- Companion の編集ボタン モジュールにカーソルを合わせ、[無効化] をクリックします。
仮想デスクトップ環境との互換性
The Atlassian Companion app only works in some virtual desktop environments. If a user's environment isn't compatible with the Companion app, they won't be able to edit files in Confluence.

編集したファイルの復元
When a user edits a file, that file is also downloaded and saved to the Atlassian Companion folder on their computer. Files are cleared every time the Companion app restarts.
