Top navigation in Crowd pages is missing

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Symptoms

Some pages in Crowd do not display the top navigation, as shown in the following screenshot. This issue occurs in all browsers.

Cause

This is caused by corrupted plugin cache.

Resolution

  1. Stop Crowd

  2. Backup your Crowd Home Directory

  3. Go to Crowd Home Directory

  4. Delete the following folders (these folders will be re-created upon startup):

    • bundled-plugins

    • caches

    • plugins

  5. Start Crowd
