症状

When clicking in the "Track another decision" button nothing happens. 

原因

There are two causes for this behaviour, the first one is when the Decisions blueprints is customized on Confluence version 5.2.3 or previous:

 The second one is when the Confluence Business Blueprints Bundle plugin is disabled:

回避策

If you have any customization on the decisions Blueprint Template, reset it to default or if your plugin is disable try to enable it, in case you get some license error when enabling the plugin, go this page and download the same version of the  Confluence Business Blueprints Bundle plugin you have (in the above picture would be version 1.7.4), and then re install the plugin manually via file upload on UPM.

This behaviour was fixed in Confluence 5.3, as per BUG ticket CONF-29867, so upgrading your Confluence to that version should fix this behaviour.
