How to expand content tree

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Purpose

The Page Tree macro displays a dynamic, hierarchical list of pages starting from a specified parent (root) page. It can act as a table of contents or a list of related topics.The tree view displays the parent-child relationships of the pages in the space. The default setting is where the content tree will be showed as collapsed. You can configure the theme to use the Page Tree macro with your own parameters defined.

Solution

  1. Go to the space you want to edit the Tree.

  2. Click browser -> Space admin

  3. Look and Feel -> Themes

  4. Go into documentation theme configuration

  5. Un-select Page Tree

  6. Add something similar to the following to navigation

1  {pagetree:startDepth=3|searchBox=true}
