'Exception in thread PersonalInformationRepair' Reported after Upgrading to Version 2.9.2 or Higher

Symptoms
After upgrading to Confluence 2.9.2 or higher, an error like the following is reported:

Exception in thread "PersonalInformationRepair" org.springframework.dao.DataAccessResourceFailureException: PreparedStatementCallback; SQL [select distinct(c.CREATOR) from CONTENT c LEFT OUTER JOIN CONTENT pi on c.CREATOR = pi.USERNAME where pi.USERNAME IS NULL AND c.CREATOR IS NOT NULL\]; No operations allowed after statement closed.; Cause
The migration required to enable the contributor search added in Confluence 2.9 was not successfully completed.
Resolution
Manually complete the migration by following the instructions at Enabling Contributor Filtering for Search.
