質問 

Is it possible to edit customer's notifications (e-mail) ?

方法

You can easily edit outgoing customer notifications in Jira Service Management by going to Project settings > Customer notifications. 

You can set up rules in order to send a specific email notification after performing a certain action. You can learn more about customizing those rules and the notifications sent here.

All customers notification comes in a template that includes a subject, and a footer. It's possible for you to modify this template by clicking on "Edit Templates". In the template, you're also able to style your notification with HTML and CSS.
