How does JIRA Service Desk customer portal look to the end users?

方法

The customer portal is the site where customers file and track requests. Even agents, collaborators, and administrators can use the portal. It is a simple, easy to use portal where end users can navigate and search for request types, knowledge base articles, and view all the service desks they have access to. Here are the brief feature videos that show the portal.

You can also customize your customer portal using several customizing alternatives. You can personalize portal’s color, scheme, logo by applying your company's theme and branding to the portal. You can get information about portal announcements here.
