トラブルシューティング記事のテンプレート

Like how-to articles, troubleshooting articles let you help customers understand common problems and work through the solutions on their own, freeing up your organization's support team so they can work on less common and more complex tasks that require their expertise.

Use the Confluence troubleshooting article template to describe the problem and the steps that someone has to take to solve it. The content by label and page properties macros in the template will automatically display articles and issues with the labels you select.

To create a troubleshooting article:

  1. Tap  on the sidebar.
  2. Select Troubleshooting article, then tap Next.
  3. Add a name and labels for your article, then tap Create.
  4. Tap Publish when you're done.

Once you save your page, Confluence will create an index page and add a shortcut on your space sidebar. The index lists all the troubleshooting article pages in the space, and displays a summary of the information on each page (such as creator and modified).

テンプレートのカスタマイズ

Troubleshooting articles are created from a blueprint template, which means they come bundled with Confluence and are available across your whole site. Blueprint templates can be customized for each space, and the site admin can even change the default blueprint template for your whole site. To learn more about customizing blueprint templates or creating your own templates, see Blueprints and user-created templates.
