Support Request to run query and/or access log files
Troubleshooting an issue with a third party add-on vendor can sometimes require an Atlassian Support Engineer to facilitate.
In order to better facilitate the gathering of information needed, a support request should be opened. The following information should be included if appplicable:
- The specific ask of the Support Engineer
- Query needed to be run by the Support Engineer
- Additional contacts needed to be CC'd on the ticket e.g., Vendor representative
- Any relevant information regarding the third party add-on
