Atlassian Cloud throwing SSL error 'site uses a weak security configuration' in Chrome on El Capitan

Diagnosis
Environment
OS X El Capitan (earlier than beta 5)
Google Chrome (latest version)
Cause
The SSL certificate is valid, it appears to be a problem with Google Chrome and El Capitan: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=499506
Solution
Resolution
Update OS X El Capitan to Beta 5. Technically we do not support El Capitan, however this version does not experience this particular error. To be completely safe we recommend using Yosemite.
