Add-ons re-enabling themselves

Platform Notice: Cloud Only - This article only applies to Atlassian products on the cloud platform.

Symptoms

Some add-ons, even after being Disabled, are not removed completely and there is not an Uninstall button as prescribed in our documentation, Uninstalling apps.

Cause

These add-ons are not yet fully manageable via the instance and only Disable and Configure options appear (i.e. Harvest Time Tracking (Official), Incentify, Quandora Question & Answer for JIRA, etc.).

Resolution

These add-ons are manged via my.atlassian.com

  • Log into my.atlassian.com

  • Select, Licenses

  • Select, Cancel Subscription

    ℹ️Active should then become Inactive
