症状

Accessing Atlassian Cloud Applications from a Windows Server 2003 installation results in SSL Certificate errors. This behaviour can happen either when performing API calls or trying to access JIRA from a browser.

原因

Recently the Root Certificates used on our Cloud environment were upgraded to use the SHA384RSA signature algorithm, and that algorithm is not supported natively by Windows Server 2003.

ソリューション

• Microsoft has released a Hotfix which adds support to that signature algorithm. Installing that Hotfix on the Server should fix the issue for all customers. Hotfix can be found on the following page on the Microsoft website: http://support2.microsoft.com/kb/938397
