Giving JIRA administrators this increased flexibility to manage their instance has been a long requested feature, and we're happy to finally make it a reality, and close an issue with 23 votes. We're so excited to get this into the hands of our JIRA administrators we snuck it into JIRA 7.1.0-OD-02, and it's now ready for action!
